Project Management:

 

Overall project and business manager for Open Mind Software Ltd since 1996. Project and technical leadership of an international development project for NCR split between Japan and Scotland. Responsibility for managing and coordinating the two teams, analysing and tracking dependencies and providing technical direction. (Responsible for three engineers in Dundee and ten in Japan) Also, bidding for, winning, managing and successfully completing a contract for Kinghorne Consultants Ltd. (of which I am a director) in my spare time. One year (1995) as Project leader of a team of four engineers implementing application support for the WOSA(now CEN)/XFS standard. Experienced in Agile Programming techniques.
