You can access the Puzzles using either the Latest Puzzle or Browse Puzzle menu options to the left.

The User's Guide can be found by following the menu link.   Reading this would be a good idea.

General Hints and Tips on how to solve the puzzles can be found by following that link.

The puzzle submission interface can be used to create puzzles.   It is only really intended to be used by administrators, but other users are elcome to use it to experiment with creating your own puzzles.   You won't be able to save them though, nor will other users be able to try to solve them through the website.   You could however mail a screen shot to a friend if you want...   Submission of puzzles by general users for other users to solve is something that I intend to add someday.
