Sprint 1 of my "Scrummy" development had produced quite a lot of working system.   So much so, that in fact I started thinking that it would not require that much more before the whole system would be ripe enough to start pointing some friends and colleagues here as test users for a beta test.

Deploying to Mochahost (part 2) - Servlets and GWT-RPC PDF Print E-mail

Trying to run my GWT application produced an error message saying "there is a problem with the server" (not very helpful!) whenever I make a GWT-RPC call.   Diagnosing this problem was to rely on an awful lot of back-to-basics diagnostic techniques.

Cleaning up... PDF Print E-mail

The project had reached a stage where most of the bits existed and talked to each other with enough functionality to demonstrate that it would work.   So I decided to move to the live server with Mochahost.   But before I did so, I sat back and looked at what I had done and what could be cleaned up a bit before going live (ish).
