Sprint 2 is a short sprint designed to bring the system to a level where I can usefully ask people to go and have a look at it and actually expect them to be able to relate what they see to what the final system will be.

Sprint 1 of my "Scrummy" development had produced quite a lot of working system. So much so, that in fact I started thinking that it would not require that much more before the whole system would be ripe enough to start pointing some friends and colleagues here as test users for a beta test.

Trying to run my GWT application produced an error message saying "there is a problem with the server" (not very helpful!) whenever I make a GWT-RPC call. Diagnosing this problem was to rely on an awful lot of back-to-basics diagnostic techniques.

Time to move my development to the live server that I had ordered at Mochahost. This was not entirely without problems...

The project had reached a stage where most of the bits existed and talked to each other with enough functionality to demonstrate that it would work. So I decided to move to the live server with Mochahost. But before I did so, I sat back and looked at what I had done and what could be cleaned up a bit before going live (ish).
